Fortnite: How to Get Spider-Man Outfit

After the big event this weekend, Epic Games has brought Fortnite back for its third chapter and first season within it. The map’s been flipped, new weapons are in the rotation, and there’s a ton of new cosmetics to unlock. One of those is Marvel’s Spider-Man, the web-slingin’ superhero and everyone’s favorite neighborhood friend. In this guide, we’ll be talking you through how to get Spider-Man in Fortnite, so you can phwip and stick your way around the world.

Getting Spider-Man in Fortnite

To unlock the Spider-Man outfit in Fortnite, you need to reach at least Level 80 on the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 Battle Pass, or to have claimed 74 rewards to unlock Page 9 of the rewards.

Once you’ve unlocked page 9, simply select Spider-Man from the screen. He’ll cost 9 Battle Stars to unlock, which are earned by playing matches, getting XP and leveling up. Each time you level up, you get 5 Battle Stars.

Press A/X/ LMB on Spider-Man and then confirm you want to purchase him. Congratulations, you’ve just got Marvel’s web slingin’ superhero in Fortnite.

Equipping Spider-Man Skin in Fortnite

To equip your newly-earned skin, head to the ‘Locker’ page, and then select the ‘Outfit’ box (it’s the first on the upper row).

Choose the Spider-Man outfit and then press A/X/ LMB to confirm your choice. Alternatively, you can make it a ‘favorite’ skin by pressing in the right analog stick (R3) and then have it in your ‘Shuffle’ rotation, should you want to mix up your look every game.
