As is always the case, the week 9 loading screen gives you a hint as to where you need to go claim the week 9 secret star for yourself. This one shows off the Beach Bomber skin about to drop into a skateboard ramp. That’s not what we’re really looking for here, though. The car behind a rope can actually be found in Mega Mall, the named location that made its debut at the start of this season. Upon getting here, you’ll want to head into the entrance on the west side of the mall itself on the ground floor. Literally right in front of you when you walk in will be the car behind a rope.
