Another Fortnite season means another slew of new challenges to work through. Those who’ve gotten their shiny new Battle Pass can earn tons of new cosmetic items and join in on the new set of weekly challenges. Here’s everything you need to know about where the Secret Star location is in Fortnite Season 8 week 1.
Week 1 Loading Screen
Before you even start looking for your star, it’s worth noting that you’ll need to complete all of the week 1 challenges first. Once you’ve finished all of these missions, you can unlock a new loading screen that points to where the Secret Star location is. Once you have it, you can finally get started on hunting down your star. Let’s take a look at the new Fortnite loading screen below:
Where to Find the Week 1 Secret Star Location in Fortnite
As you can see in the screenshot, the secret star is perched on top of that white tower. You need to head over to Lazy Lagoon, one of the new areas for Season 8 and head to the top of the tower. It might be easier to do it from the air.
It is on the eastern side of the Lazy Lagoon in Fortnite, just in the little town area inland from the pirate ship that’s parked there. If you’re looking from the in-game map, you’ll want to head to the line that separates F3 and G3.
All you need to do is head there and pick it up and you’ll have another Battle Star added to your collection and will be able to wait for next week.
