Isle of Treasure Loading Screen in Fortnite Season 8
The Isle of Treasure Loading Screen is the unlock for Tier 10 of the Season 8 Battle Pass. Once you’ve reached that Tier, you will be able to make it your active loading screen from the Locker area of the menu.
The map in the Isle of Treasure Loading Screen has a magnifying glass that’s focused on a particular part of Fortnite’s map. Thankfully, it’s pretty easy to work out where that is.
Ignoring the pirate and generally more tropical theme of Fortnite Season 8 and the north east side of the game’s map, the Isle of Treasure Loading Screen is focused on the snowy area in the south west.
Where It Leads
If you follow the map, you will come to a circle of trees that is just south of Polar Peak, just on the western edge of square C8. Unfortunately, there is no secret to be found there, at least not one that’s easy to find at the start of Fortnite Season 8.
All you’ll find in the circle of trees that the Isle of Treasure Loading Screen focuses on is a few big ice statues that seem to have been engaged in a battle. On one of those statues, the one in the middle of the circle, there are two chests that you can open. They’re no different to normal chests in Fortnite, but maybe they’re the treasure that’s being referred to.
However, knowing Epic and how they like to tease content before it arrives, maybe this Isle of Treasure Loading Screen has something to do with treasure that’ll come in the near future. Alternatively, we could just be overthinking things and it could be just a fun loading screen. Either way, keep an eye out for things as Season 8 continues.
