Fortnite Season 5: Week 3 Secret Star Location

Where the Week 3 Secret Star’s Location Is in Fortnite Season 5

Recommended Videos

With each and every set of weekly challenges we get in Fortnite Season 5, Epic Games drop a Secret Star somewhere on the map. By completing the Road Trip challenges in Season 5, you’ll be rewarded with a postcard loading screen which hints at the Secret Star’s location for that week. You’ll need to complete all of the Week 3 challenges in Fortnite Season 5 if you want to get the Week 3 Secret Star, but once that’s done, you’re free to get an easy Tier for your Battle Pass. Here’s what you need to know to find where the Week 3 Secret Star’s location is in Fortnite Season 5.

If you’ve seen the loading screen for completing the week 3 challenges, you may not have spotted the clue to the Secret Star’s location, but it’s actually in plain sight. Taking a look at the ATV’s license plate in the loading screen, you’ll see “J2 SW.”

Head to this spot on the map, by heading to the square with the grid reference J2, and unsurprisingly, you want to be in the southwest corner of it. When you look at Fortnite’s map and see J2, you’ll notice that it’s almost entirely water except for a smidge of land in the bottom left corner, which just so happens to correspond with the SW (Southwest) clue. Head here, and you’ll see a house just on the coast. You want to head just south of here, and you’ll find a dirt patch in among the grass. Walk on over, and the Week 3 Secret Battle Star will pop up. Interact with it as you would anything else in Fortnite, and there you have another Tier for your Season 5 Battle Pass.

Now, get out there, grab that Week 3 Secret Star, and get some Victory Royales fellow fighter. Missed the Week 1 and Week 2 Secret Star locations? Don’t worry, we’ve got guides for both.
