Where to Find Alien Eggs in Fortnite

Alien Eggs can be found dotted around the map, often in the new ‘alien biome’ areas. You’ll know you’re near one of these when you see purple grass, twisted, multicolored trees and sometimes a zero-gravity barrier around it.

When you spot one of these places, you want to look for a small green ball on the floor. It may also have a black bottom, but depending on where it’s positioned, you might not see this for the grass.

If you want an exact location, head right to the center of the map and then follow the river out to the southwest. Along here, you should find an alien NPC walking around, as well as an Alien Egg on the floor nearby.

This isn’t the only place you can find alien eggs. Holly Hatchery is also a viable option, so be sure to check in and around the main, center building here, too.

How to Mark an Alien Egg in Fortnite

To mark the Alien Egg, simply aim at it and press left on the d-pad on PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch, or press the middle button on your mouse if you’re playing on PC.

This should cause a small speech bubble of sorts to appear from the egg, revealing the item’s name and providing another close-up image.
