Once you’ve got these, simply press Up on the d-pad on console or I on PC to open your inventory, and then use RB/ R1/ R/ E to tab over to the Crafting screen.

Here, select your Mechanical Bow in your inventory and you should see the ‘Mechanical Explosive Bow’ option appear as one of the items you can craft.

As long as you’ve also got the six grenades, you can then go ahead and press X on Xbox, Square on PlayStation, Y on Switch or E on PC to craft the Mechanical Explosive Bow.

What Does the Mechanical Explosive Bow Do?

The Mechanical Bow launches three small bombs on impact. It also deals heavy damage on impact prior to launching the three small bombs, so in effect, this can do a huge amount of damage.

Think of Tina’s Boom Bow from a few seasons ago and that’s essentially what you’re getting here.
