It’s a completely new season in Fortnite, and it’s brought a new Battle Pass, map changes, weapons, and gameplay mechanics to the table. In this guide, we’ll run you through how to complete the Fortnite Season 6 week 1 challenges in Chapter 2, so you can give yourself a nice headstart in grinding out those Battle Pass tiers.

All Fortnite Season 6 Week 1 Challenges

  • Hunt Wildlife (5) – 24,000 XP
  • Craft Primal Weapons Using Bones and Makeshift Weapons (5) – 24,000 XP
  • Craft a Hunter’s Cloak (1) – 24,000 XP
  • Talk to Characters – 24,000 XP
  • Collect Mechanics Parts from Vehicles, Trailers, Buses or Tractors (5) – 24,000 XP
  • Craft Mechanical Weapons Using Mechanical Parts and a Makeshift Weapon (5) – 24,000 XP
  • Find Golden Artifacts Near The Spire (3) – 24,000 XP
  • Craft Items (3) – 35,000 XP

A lot of these challenges task players with diving into the new mechanics in Season 6, largely around collecting different crafting parts and using them to craft either mechanical or primal weapons.

We’ll be covering each of these challenges with their own separate guide in the coming future, so be sure to check back soon if you’re needing a hand getting these completed.

You’ll also need to hunt the wildlife now roaming around the island in order to get some of these crafting materials, such as bones. Beware, though, they’ll charge at you and deal damage if you’re not careful.
