How to Get Gifts
At the start of Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, the types of gifts available to you will be very limited. They can only be bought from the Item Shopkeeper (though you can get some Owl Feathers as save data bonuses), and his inventory will expand as you upgrade his facility.
To do this, speak with the Facilities Master back at camp and upgrade the Item Shopkeeper as you collect materials along the way. You can also unlock upgrades to reduce the gift prices, allowing you to save up on gold as you hoard all the gifts.
