Best Accessories to Wear in Final Fantasy 7 Remake

Gotterdammerung

A difficult challenge should have a fitting reward, and the Gotterdammerung is one of the best accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

Not only does Gotterdammerung let you start a battle with the wearer’s limit break fully charged, but you’ll also fill your Limit Break bar passively throughout the battle, leading to more opportunities throughout a long battle to use it.

It goes without saying that whoever wears this on your team should also pair it with Refocus. Starting a battle up with Refocus is a huge boost, provided that person stays alive.

To get Gotterdammerung, you’ll have to return to the Shinra Combat Simulator on the 63rd Floor and then complete the challenge: Three-Person Team vs. Top Secrets.

Immunity Accessories (Various) – Best Accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Remake

This one is going to include a number of different accessories, including Star Pendant (Poison) or the Protective Boots (Stop & Slow), but essentially you’ll want to have a decent stock of any accessory that can completely block a negative status effect.

You should never just throw it on blindly, these are accessories you wear when you’re preparing for a difficult fight from the Combat Simulator or in Hard Mode.

If you know a status effect is coming, and that it’s going to be debilitating, throw on the appropriate accessory.

Champion’s Belt & Circlet

The Champion’s Belt that you get from the Squat Challenge and the Circlet you’ll get from the Don Corneo Secret Stash side quest are both among the best accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Remake to use in your average battle.

They are just straight power/magic and HP/MP increase items. Set it and forget it and beef up either your primary tank/damage dealer or MP user.

Crescent Moon Charm – Best Accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Remake

The Crescent Moon Charm that you get for getting 20,000 points in Whackabox is one of the best accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Remake because it reduces the damage taken of the party member that has it equipped, provided you’re not using them.

You likely have a favorite party member that you like to “main” and maybe even a second that you switch to a lot. But unless you’re flipping around constantly, you’ll probably benefit from throwing this on one of your party members.

Mythical Amulet

The Mythical Amulet, which you can find in Aerith’s House in the Sector 5 Slums, will boost the effectiveness of any summon that the wearer brings into battle.

This is another accessory that is best used when you’re planning for a tough battle. If you know you’re going to use Ifrit and you plan on having Tifa use Ifrit, then equip Tifa with the Mythical Amulet.

If you’re not sure for whatever reason though, don’t use it as it’s completely useless if the wearer doesn’t actually summon anything, which is going to be the case for all non-tough battles.

That’s all for our recommendations of the best accessories to wear in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. For more tips, tricks and FAQs answered definitely make sure to check out our Final Fantasy 7 Remake wiki guide and read our fully scored review.
