First things first, this is such a weird SBC for EA to release. He’s low rated, from a hard to link nation, and from the MLS, making him pretty undesirable.

His card has some positives though. He’s very fast and has 99 agility, which is OP in FIFA 20, and he has 5-star skill moves.

He’s moved from RM to ST too, as part of the Shapeshifters promo, and has had his defensive work-rate changed from medium to low. It’s just a very average card otherwise, and being difficult to link makes him kind of pointless.

It’ll only be about 30k coins, so it’s not a big outlay, but what’s really the point if you’re never going to use him? Here are the Shapeshifters Mackay-Steven SBC requirements.

  • Team Overall Rating: Min. 84
  • Team Chemistry: Min. 70

How to Complete Shapeshifters Mackay-Steven SBC in FIFA 20

The best thing to do is to build a squad from one of the major leagues in FIFA 20. For 84 rated squads, it’s probably best to go for La Liga or Bundesliga.

The likes of Burki, Kramaric, Javi Martinez, Kai Havertz, or Tah are good from the Bundesliga, and there are loads of players in La Liga that work, especially Spanish strikers like Diego Costa.

You also don’t need much chemistry in this SBC, so you could mix up the leagues a little, or use more goalkeepers than just the one, since they’re almost always cheaper than outfield players.

That’s everything you need to know about how to complete the Shapeshifters Mackay-Steven SBC in FIFA 20. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to check out our wiki guide or search for Twinfinite.
