As all special goalkeepers are, the SBC is pointless in a way. Since behind the scenes stats don’t get upgraded (most notably reactions), it’s difficult to notice any difference between them and base gold ones. You’re unlikely to get any benefit from this Courtois over the 88 rated one.

It’s not very cheap either, for a keeper, coming in at 70k coins. Here are the La Liga POTM Courtois SBC requirements.

  • Belgium Players: Min. 1
  • Team of the Week Players: Min. 2
  • Team Overall Rating: Min. 84
  • Team Chemistry: Min. 75

How to Complete La Liga POTM Courtois SBC in FIFA 20

For a single 84 rated squad, the best thing to do would be to stick to one of FIFA 20’s major leagues. La Liga and Serie A are usually good options, with there being plenty of 83, 84, and 85 rated players in both leagues.

Lucas Leiva, Mandzukic, Buffon, Acerbi, Kolarov, Pjanic, and others are all good options from the Italian league, while it’s easy to get links from La Liga with there being so many Spanish players to link together, particularly in attack.

For the Belgian player you need in the La Liga POTM Courtois, someone like Burki from Dortmund, Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan, or Vincent Kompany from Anderlect are good cheap options you can fit in somewhere.

Then, for the TOTW players you need, use ones from the current active FIFA 20 squad, since they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed. You can then slip them in to the squad wherever.

The chemistry requirement is quite high, so be careful with positioning with the main part of your squad and you shouldn’t need links to your Belgian or TOTW players.
