Now, as is always the case with goalkeepers, it doesn’t really matter how good they are. As long as their stats are okay and well rounded, they’ll do the job. All keepers in the game are prone to a mistake or two, so Pope won’t be any different.

However, he does have five-star skill moves, which I think is a first for a goalkeeper in FIFA. You won’t get that many chances to use them, but it’s a fun change nonetheless.

At about 40-50k coins too, it’s not bad value, especially for such a unique card. Here are the FUT Birthday Pope SBC requirements.

How to Complete FUT Birthday Pope SBC in FIFA 20

The best thing to do is to build a squad from one of the major leagues in FIFA 20. For 84 rated squads, it’s probably best to go for La Liga or Bundesliga.

The likes of Sommer, Burki, Havertz, Javi Martinez, Jerome Boateng, or Tah are good from the Bundesliga, and there are loads of players in La Liga that work, especially Spanish strikers like Diego Costa and Alvaro Morata.

However, I’d recommend you opt for as many 84 rated players as possible, avoiding the high rated cards. All 86 and higher players have become very expensive due to the likes of the mid-Icon SBC and FUT Birthday Party Bag SBC that have been released over the last few weeks.

For the English player you need, someone like Jordan Pickford, Dele Alli, or Jordan Henderson will be good shouts.

That’s everything you need to know about how to complete the FUT Birthday Pope SBC in FIFA 20 to get Flashback Gervinho or Esswein. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to check out our wiki guide or search for Twinfinite.
