The winner is Lille’s Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen. The best thing to do is to stick to one league and build the majority of the team from it. Bundesliga and Serie A are generally good options in FIFA 20, but only needing 75 chemistry gives you a bit of freedom.
The general rule for 83 Rated squads is that you need nine 83 rated players and two 82s, but of course you can do it in many other ways. You could always use one high rated player to balance out lower rated ones, but most 83s are so cheap that it shouldn’t matter if you just use loads of them.
Then, you will be able to slip in the Ligue 1 player required in the Osimhen SBC wherever you like. The likes of Falcao and Florian Thauvin are good, cheap options. With only needing 75 chemistry, you won’t really need to link them to anyone else.
