It’s certainly a good card. He’s nearly in the Gullit gang, let down only by his 77 pace. However, with 84 acceleration, he’ll still feel pretty quick. Elsewhere, he’s well rounded, with top tier passing and dribbling.

How to Complete Flashback Sahin SBC in FIFA 20
The best thing to do for both parts is to build a squad from one of the major leagues in FIFA 20. For 83 and 85 rated squads, it’s probably best to go for La Liga or Bundesliga.
The likes of Sommer, Burki, Havertz, Javi Martinez, Jerome Boateng, or Tah are good from the Bundesliga, and there are loads of players in La Liga that work, especially Spanish strikers like Diego Costa and Alvaro Morata. Using one of those Bundesliga players also makes sense for the section of the SBC that requires at least one from that league.
For the single Werder Bremen or Borussia Dortmund player you need in the Flashback Sahin SBC, there are more options from Dortmund. Ascraf Hakimi, Manuel Akanji, and Julian Brandt will all work well, but they may have gone up in price.
For the TOTW player you need, use one from the active FIFA 20 squad, since they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed.
