FIFA 20’s overall presentation is top-notch, as you’d expect from a series that’s been polished over the course of over two decades. That goes for the commentary, too, which is realistically varied and is performed by well-known personalities from sports media. But what if you’re wanting to switch things up? Can you change the commentary team in FIFA 20?
Can You Change Commentary Team in FIFA 20? Answered
In a word, no. There’s no way to change the commentary team in FIFA 20. You’re stuck with Derek Rae and Lee Dixon for all Champions League games, and Martin Tyler and Alan Smith will do most of the other games.
But we’re not sure why you’d want to anyway! Those are four of the most iconic voices in sports commentary, guys, geez.
Anyway, there you have it — either change competition or you’ll have to put up with what you’ve got.
Unless you want to try a different language? Changing the language settings will yield a different commentary team. To do so, quit the game and then select your desired language at the very start. This will completely change the entire game as well as the commentary, though.
As for whether there will be an update in the future that adds different voices, it’s not likely. Of course, we’ll keep you posted if that ever happens.
Until then, that’s everything you need to know about whether you can change the commentary in FIFA 20. For more useful tips and guides on the game, check out our wiki-guide.
