You can approach all three of the Robben SBC squads in the same way. Since you need low chemistry in all of them, you can build a squad from the La Liga or Premier League, since those leagues have a lot of high rated players in FIFA 19, and slip the extra required players in wherever you like.
For the Bayern player, Javi Martinez, Muller, Boateng, Hummels would be a good option, Kepa, Higuain, and Jorginho are good for Chelsea players, and Robben himself is a good choice for the Netherlands player.
You also don’t need to be that precise with positioning, since the max chemistry you need in the Robben SBC squads is 70. It might be quite expensive, but it’s not difficult to complete.
