With the new Base Icon SBC released, you will need an 84, 85, and 86 rated squad to complete it. You’ll want to do it as cheaply as possible, though. Here are the Cheapest 86, 85, and 84 Rated Players and Squads in FIFA 19.
We are going to run through the cheapest player in FIFA 19 by league, since that’ll probably help with your squad building. Do note, however, that most of the players will have increased in price due to the Base Icon SBC.
