It’s important to note that there are five kinds of role quests in the expansion: ranged DPS, healer, tank, melee DPS, and magical DPS. All five can be started and completed as long as you have a job that corresponds with each respective role quest category.

How to Start Physical Ranged DPS Role Quest in FFXIV: Endwalker

To start this specific role quest, speak to Doman Delegate in Radz-at-Han (X:7.6 Y:9.4). The role quest is called Seeds of Disquiet, and it requires you to have progressed in the Endwalker story to actually reach it and start it up.

This means that you’ll need to be level 80 and have your previous role quests from Shadowbringers completed. When ready, make your way through the main Endwalker storyline until you get to the point where you gain access to Radz-at-Han.
