How to Get Latenna the Albinauric Spirit Ashes in Elden Ring

This will involve some overlapping with the Albus questline in Elden Ring and obtaining the Haligtree Medallion.

  1. Locate Albus at the Village of the Albinaurics.

    This location is in Liurnia of the Lakes, and accessible via the lake itself. Fast travel to the Site of Grace, and head up and to the left. You will find a pot in the corner, destroy it to reveal Albus. He will present you with the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right).

  2. Find out where Latenna is.

    Once you beat the boss in the Village of the Albinaurics, heading back to the Roundtable Hold next will see Ensha attack. Defeat him, and Gideon will reveal that Latenna can be found in a cave to the west of Laskyar Ruins.

  3. Complete Lakeside Crystal Cave.

    Head to the Lakeside Crystal Cave as per the hint, and complete the dungeon by defeating the Bloodhound Knight. Take the exit to find the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack outside.

  4. Give her the Medallion.

    Speak to Latenna and give her the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right). Choose to help her, and exhaust her dialogue. She will then become Spirit Ashes that can be summoned to help during fights.
