Getting the Flask of Wondrous Physick in Elden Ring

  1. You can purchase a note from Kale at the Church of Elleh for a clue.

This step is totally optional if you don’t want to waste your Runes, but Kale does sell a note that hints towards the location of the Flask of Wondrous Physick, and says it’s in a church near the Waypoint Ruins.

  2. Head east to the Church of Marika.

We’ve indicated its location on the map in the screenshot down below.

  3. You’ll find the purple item pickup sitting on the ground. Interact with it to get the Flask.

How to Use It

While the Flask of Wondrous Physick only has one charge, it’s a very useful and versatile item that should be in your inventory slots pretty much the whole time.

When resting at a Site of Grace, you can adjust its properties by using the various Tear items you’ve collected throughout the game.

For instance, you can imbue it with an effect that allows you to recover half of your max HP, or allow you to become invulnerable to the next hit you take. These effects can only be used once before you need to recharge it at a Site of Grace again, but they can be extremely helpful in boss encounters or other tough battles.

That’s all you need to know about where to get the Flask of Wondrous Physick in Elden Ring, and how to use it. Be sure to search for Twinfinite or check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
