Wondering how much Dragon quest XI costs? Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is finally coming west after only being available in Japan for the past year or so. The game is coming to PS4 and PC with a Switch release eventually coming, but we don’t have an exact date for that just yet. The game comes out on Sep. 4 and if you’re planning on purchasing the game from your local game shop or online retailer, then you should know that the retail price for Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is $59.99, just like most other AAA titles that come out for the PS4. If you’re a hardcore Dragon Quest fan though, then there is a special edition that you can nab from the Square Enix store that will run you a whopping $149.99. A pretty hefty price tag, but if you’re a super fan, it could be worth the cost.

The Edition of Lost Time contains a variety of goodies that will make any Dragon Quest lover jump for joy – here’s what’s included:

  • Companion Compendium – An art book with over 100 pages filled to the brim with designs, notes, and interviews.
  • 2-disc soundtrack set.
  • A 20″x 15″cloth map of Erdrea.
  • Steelbook Case.
  • The bonus DLC from the “Edition of Light” version of the game.
  • “Edition of Lost Time” bonus DLC.

Anyone who pre-orders the game from the online Square Enix shop will also get an exclusive Dragon Quest XI-themed lanyard. This “Edition of Lost Time” will be available on Sep 4, the same day that the game releases on PS4 and PC.
