If you’re ready and waiting to go all Super Saiyan on your friends’ butts in Dragon Ball FighterZ, then you’ll likely be chomping at the bit to get some practice in the beta. Fortunately, Dragon Ball FighterZ’s upcoming beta is open to all as of Jan. 14, so here’s what you need to know to get playing the beta.

The beta will run from Jan. 14 at 12:00 am PST (Jan. 13 for those who pre-ordered via the digital storefronts on either PS4 or Xbox One) through until Jan. 15 at 11:59 pm PST. In order to try out the game ahead of its release later this month, all you’ll want to do is make your way to the Store on either your Xbox One or PS4 and search for Dragon Ball FighterZ. You should see the beta pop up now, so go ahead and select it to get it downloading. Once the download is complete, you’ll have access to a selection of fighters and online and offline modes. You can check out our post here for a full breakdown of what’s on offer.

That’s all you need to know to get playing the Dragon Ball FighterZ beta on Xbox One and PS4. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
