How to Get Tactician USB Fast in Digimon Hacker’s Memory

Recommended Videos

If you want to be able to level up all your Digimon quickly in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory, you’ll definitely want to focus on getting your hands on as many Tactician USBs as possible. Equipping your Digimon with this item will increase the amount of EXP that particular Digimon earns in battle. This is easily one of the best ways to cut down on your grinding time so you can get back to focusing on other aspects of the game that really matter — like uncovering more of the game’s eccentric narrative.

Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of alternatives to snatching up Tactician USBs without farming. In this sense, Digimon Hacker’s Memory hasn’t changed from the original game. To start things off, make sure you buy Developer Know-How, which will cost you 25,000 yen, and put them in the farm. When you go to the farm you’ll need to make sure that your Digimon is a Builder-type. If you realize that you don’t have a lot of builder type Digimon, don’t panic and don’t rush out to find a random Digimon you don’t actually want. It’s actually possible to change your Digimon’s personality with the help of a Builder Patch. You can buy these patches at the very first shop in Eden.

Access the DigiFarm and go to the Command menu and select 1,000 Yen for development cost. The more Developer Know-Hows you have in the DigiFarm the better, so try to snag as many of them as you can. Now, here’s where the trick comes in: once your timer gets low, save the game. This way you can actually close the game and restart it in the event your farming efforts don’t reward you with a Tactician USB. The items you have equipped only help to increase your chances but don’t guarantee anything, so this step is important if you want a quick way to keep retrying for the Tactician USB.

As another note, keep in mind that you will also receive a free Tactician USB if you uploaded your save data from the original game at the start of Hacker’s Memory.

That’s everything you need to know about how to get Tactician USBs fast in the game. For more useful guides, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
