Destiny 2 Warmind: What to Do With the Unsolvable Problem

What to Do With the Unsolvable Problem in Destiny 2: Warmind

Recommended Videos

After completing the main campaign in Destiny 2’s Warmind expansion, you’ll be able to take on a post-game quest which unlocks yet another side quest called Nascent Dawn. This quest tasks you with obtaining Resonate Stems, creating an Override Frequency, then using the clue in the item description to find a Sleeper Node. After doing all of this, you’ll be asked to report your findings to Ana Bray. The next step, titled Diary 1/5, will task you with uploading data to her personal terminal. This will give you a transcript item called The Unsolvable Problem.

The description of The Unsolvable Problem is as follows:

“You can lead a machine to language, but you can’t make it think. This item may be safely discarded.”

As the description says, you can indeed discard this item without fear. There’s more to this quest, and this isn’t a roadblock by any means. The Unsolvable Problem doesn’t seem to have any bearing on your quest progress, and all you have to do is continue to find Sleeper Nodes on Mars. You can do this by collecting Resonate Stems through activity completion on Mars, forming a new Override Frequency, and then locating more Sleeper Nodes that way.
