Shadow Price is back and is a gun that you can obtain for the first time in Destiny 2. A powerful auto rifle from Destiny, Shadow Price is among a group of D1 powerful and fearsome legendary weapons being brought back via Destiny 2. If you’re here, you’re probably aware of this gun’s return but are wondering how to get Shadow Price in Destiny 2. Here’s what we know so far.
How to Get The Palindrome Destiny 2
Shadow Price, like the other returning Destiny legendary weapons such as The Palindrome, are obtainable through Nightfall: The Ordeal as a possible strike-specific loot drop.
One of the most oft-requested features in Destiny 2 for quite some time now was the expansion of Nightfall specific loot in order to give strikes a bit more juice. Bungie made good as of Season of the Chosen and seems to be in the process of using Destiny 1 weapons to spicy up the loot pools of Nightfalls.
It’s early in Season of the Chosen as of the time of this writing, but it appears that Shadow Price is dropping from the new updated version of The Devil’s Lair via our old pal Septiks Prime.
Go ahead and run the most difficult Nightfall you can handle and pray to the RNG gods that Septiks rewards you with a shiny new Shadow Price. The auto rifle has lots of interesting perk rolls such as Overflow, Dragonfly, and One for All, so mentally prepare yourself to grind lots of rolls out over the coming weeks and months.
