As of Season of the Undying, Artifacts will give Guardians additional unique perks and powers that can be unlocked when specific prerequisites are met.

How to Get Seasonal Artifact (Gate Lord’s Eye) in Destiny 2

Right now, for the Season of the Undying, the Seasonal Artifact you’ll be after is the Gate Lord’s Eye. In order to earn this item, you’ll need to get your seasonal rank up to at least level seven.

Just like many other facets of the game, you’ll do this by getting EXP through kills, quest completions, and numerous other things relevant to the seasonal rankings.

Before you stress out about having to buy into Season of the Undying or Shadowkeep, just know that Gate Lord’s Eye is on the free track, so anyone can unlock it.

  1. Gain experience

    This can be done through kills, quest completions, and numerous other things relevant to the seasonal rankings

  2. Reach seasonal rank level 7

  3. Claim the Gate Lord’s Eye from the Seasons tab
