How Much Data and Space Does Destiny 2 Use?
Destiny 2 is finally out, letting Guardians embark on a brand new adventure with a more fleshed-out campaign, new strikes, trials, and much more. While the game is now out on Xbox One and PS4, players will have to wait until October 24 for a PC version. Naturally, you’ll probably be wondering how much data and space Destiny 2 is going to take up on your console, as it’s important to make sure you enough enough space before you try installing it. We’re here to let you know just that.
Destiny 2 take up 29.15 GB of data or space on Xbox One, while the PS4 version clocks in slightly above that at 30.87 GB. Keep in mind this is just the base version of the game, and doesn’t include any patches or updates released so far. The base file size isn’t too bad, however, so it shouldn’t be too hard to clear some space for the game. If you do need more space though, both the console versions support external hard drives, so you can get a quick boost if needed. We’ll update this post once we have the PC information readily available!
