Looking for how to get more Seeds of Light in Destiny 2: Forsaken? We got your answers.

Destiny 2: Forsaken is finally out, and with the big expansion comes a lot of big changes. Perhaps the most in your face are the new supers that have been added. Every subclass from Nightstalker to Sunbreaker gets to enjoy a new super to play around with. Since we mentioned them, the Nightstalker for example gets to channel their inner Bladedancer from Destiny 1, and slice and dice enemies that get in their way while going invisible. The Sunbreaker, on the other hand, can turn themselves into a human tornado of death. You can spin yourself around and around, destroying anything that gets in your way and finish off powerful enemies with a massive slam.

Seeds of Light are tied to these new supers. If you have completed the quest to get the new supers in Destiny 2: Forsaken, you likely already have received at least one Seed of Light. These are obtained upon completion of your quest after you have obtained enough visions of light. Here’s how to complete that quest in case you haven’t gotten that far yet.

You can use that Seed of Light on the subclass that you used to open up a new Path, and thus, a new super. If you’re here though, you’re probably wondering how to get more Seeds of Light.

Update: We’re still not 100 percent sure if you get more Seeds of Light weekly, however, we can confirm that you can get more seeds of light from the Blind Well activity on The Dreaming City as a rare reward from tier 2 and above clears. It might be possible from tier 1 as well, but we have yet to see them drop there and cannot confirm.

We’re not 100 percent sure, because we’re still in the first week of Destiny 2: Forsaken, and the new supers are tied to a weekly milestone quest. However, presumably, the pattern will be the same. Each weekly reset, we will have a new milestone that will allow guardians to obtain another Seed of Light. It may or may not be the same vision of light grind, we’ll have to wait and see on that. But for now, as of week 1, you’re stuck with just the one Seed of Light, at least as far as we know.

You don’t need more Seeds of Light to complete the path you already unlocked. Just complete whatever the objective is in the next node.

That does it for how to get more Seeds of Light in Destiny 2: Forsaken. Be sure to check out our wiki guide for more tips and tricks.
