Destiny 2 Beta: How to Get Sunshot Exotic Weapon (Hand Cannon)

How to Get the Sunshot Exotic Weapon in Destiny 2 Beta

Recommended Videos

As long as you’ve not been living under a rock, you may have noticed that quite a few people are going on about the Destiny 2 beta having finally gone live. Of course, with this being a sequel there are a number of new exotic weapons for players to get their hands on and the Sunshot is one of them. Fortunately, all you need to do to get it is play through the Homecoming mission which automatically starts at the beginning of the Destiny 2 beta. Oh, and make sure you’re a Hunter, too, as this is the class’ exclusive exotic in the beta.

The Sunshot is a pretty nifty hand cannon with incredibly high handling, impact, and reload speed. Though, this does come at the cost of its range and stability. Fortunately, the Sunshot’s Intrinsic Perks more than make up for these shortcomings. The Sunshot uses explosive rounds and enemies killed by it will explode!

Furthermore, this exotic marks enemies that are hit by it so you can follow their every move if they try to get away. Go for critical hits with the Sunshot and you’ll cruise through anyone who stands in your way.
