What you’ll need to do first is open up your phone by holding down on the D-pad if you’re playing on consoles or T if you’re on PC. Then, look for Regina Jones in the list of your contacts.

Rather than clicking on her and ringing her, you’ll want to look at your messages conversations by pressing square or selecting the option underneath the contacts list.

Then, click on the conversation that starts with Cyberpsycho Sightings and is followed by the name of your target. Click on the small reply box there to bring up the conversation and then select the option to send off a reply of your own to send the information to Regina. Once she replies, the quest will have been completed and you’ll be able to move on with the story or whatever you want to do next.

You’ll need to follow this same process with each Cyberpsycho Sightings side job and each time you’re asked to send information to Regina.
