Now that Cyberpunk 2077 has finally launched, you can now jump into Night City as V. As you’d expect from a CD Projekt Red RPG, you can change your experience in many ways, taking on different quests and developing your own personal player character. If you’re not happy with how V looks in your game, here’s everything you need to know about whether you can change character appearance in Cyberpunk 2077.
Right at the start of the game, you’ll get the chance to create your own character down to even the smallest of detail. Lifepath changes how you’re perceived in the world and what relationships you’ll be able to build, you can alter basic things like hairstyle, and even decide what size you want your genitalia to be. Yes, really.
After that, you’re thrown into Night City to fend for yourself, but might not be 100% comfortable with the decisions you made during the character creation section.
Can You Change Character Appearance in Cyberpunk 2077?
Unfortunately, we’ve got to be the bearer of bad news – you cannot change character appearance in Cyberpunk 2077 after the initial creation. You cannot change hairstyle at a barber, or do anything else at all, which is disappointing.
Therefore, you’ve got to make sure you get the appearance of your V absolutely spot on from the start of the game. You can’t make any mistakes because the only way to change it is to start the game over from the beginning again.
We’ve simply got to hope that the feature is added to Cyberpunk 2077 at a later date, as part of an update. If that ever happens, or CDPR talk about the possibility, we’ll be sure to update you here.
