How To Get All Blade Upgrades in Cyber Shadow

As you go through the early stages of Cyber Shadow, you’ll notice some walls that you can’t destroy with your standard blade. Slash all you want, but those things will never topple. These green walls with two shining lights on them won’t fall down until you upgrade your blade.

L2 Blade Upgrade

The level two blade upgrade can be unlocked in the Ikuchi Shrine. After you defeat the Mekadragon, go right and you’ll find a shrine with three robots creating a force field around it. They won’t put up a fight at all. Just destroy one to bring down the shield and meditate at the Ikuchi Shrine.

Climb to the highest door in the shrine and enter it. Put out the four flames in this room by slashing at them with your blade. This will initiate a battle with a giant crystal that can summon shadow ninjas.

If you use airstrike repeatedly while facing the crystal, you’ll rise up until you’re above it. You can do this to avoid the ninjas on the ground while damaging the crystal. You’ll eventually need to land once the crystal is destroyed, but the ninjas on the ground can quickly be dispatched.

Once the crystal and the ninjas it projected are gone, you’ll become the proud owner of an even more powerful blade.

Charge Slash

The final blade upgrade is much more simple to unlock. Once you find the Dragon Shrine and enter it, the dragon inside will upgrade your blade so it can use the charge slash attack. You need all of the other skills unlocked to enter the Dragon Shrine, but you’ll have them by the time you get there.

That’s all there is to know about how to get all blade upgrades in Cyber Shadow. If you would like to know more about the items in this game, then you can check out our guide on them right here.
