How to Redeem Multiplayer Upgrade Pre-Order DLC for CoD WW2

Recommended Videos

CoD WW2 has finally arrived, taking the series back to its roots and giving fans a chance to dive into the intense World War II action. Multiplayer has been a huge part of the CoD experience for quite some time now, and CoD WW2 is no different. Here’s what you need to know to redeem your Multiplayer Upgrade pre-order DLC in the game.

First things first, let’s run through what the Multiplayer Upgrade pre-order DLC is. The Multiplayer Upgrade grants players four hours of double XP time in the multiplayer game mode. Alongside that, you’ll also be given one free weapon unlock. This means you’ll be able to access any single gun you want from the very beginning of your multiplayer career in CoD WW2.

In order to redeem your pre-order DLC, all you need to do is enter the code given to you by your retailer at the redeem page on the Call of Duty site here. Once you’ve got the platform-specific code from Activision, enter it into your platform’s online store as you would any other. This can usually be found under the Redeem Code option on the store page. Enter the code as shown that came with your copy of the game and confirm. Now, load up the game and the Multiplayer Upgrade should automatically be redeemed and loaded on your profile.

If you’ve got a digital copy of CoD WW2, it’ll automatically be tied to your account sometime around launch.

That’s all you need to know to redeem your pre-order DLC. For more on CoD WW2, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
