Home will only be made compatible with Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl later in 2022. Once Pokemon Home offers Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl functionality, you’ll be able to transfer Pokemon across from Sword as you would any other game. Until then, though, you’re restricted to using Diamond and Pearl’s in-game trading options: Wonder Trader, Local Trade, and Online Trade.
