Just in time for the holiday season, gifting is coming to Apex Legends next season. A highly beloved and charitable feature, gifting allows you the ability to purchase an item for a friend to brighten up their day. As great a feature as gifting is, there are times when you misclick and accidentally send an unintentional gift. Refunding a gift s common practice in those instances, and with gifting arriving shortly, here’s what you need to know about if you can refund a gift in Apex Legends.
How to Refund Gifts in Apex Legends
To put it simply, you cannot refund a gifted item in Apex Legends. Alongside the announcement of gifting, EA and Respawn Entertainment were quick to mention that gifting is nonrefundable and final.
While the requirements for gifting are somewhat rigid, circumstances outside of normal control have happened to players, such as account hacking or misclicks. While the news is rather disappointing, the door is open for EA to reverse said policy. Should any issue emerge, be sure to contact EA Help for more support.
