Bunny Day is finally here in Animal Crossing New Horizons and it’s time to get your town ready. There will be eggs in the sky, on trees and just about everywhere. Here’s everything you need to know about Bunny Day in Animal Crossing New Horizons.
Bunny Day in Animal Crossing New Horizons Explained
Before you make your Bunny Day Bed and Vanity the first thing you’ll likely notice is the painted eggs on the trees. But there are so many well-hidden eggs out there for you to find.
How to Get all Egg Types in Animal Crossing New Horizons
There are six types of eggs that you can collect during the Bunny Day event in Animal Crossing New Horizons. They can be found in a number of places that can be tricky to find. Check out the table below to see how to get every kind of egg.
Egg Type | How to Get it |
Leaf Egg | Shaking trees with visible eggs |
Sky Egg | Shooting painted egg-colored balloons out of the sky |
Water Egg | Fishing |
Stone Egg | Hitting rocks |
Wood Egg | Chopping wood |
Earth Egg | Scooping up digging spots |
The Leaf Egg is the easiest one to obtain since it’s right out in the open. Sky Eggs are pretty easy to find too since the balloons carrying these items look like painted eggs. The others will all likely be found by just playing through the game and doing your everyday tasks.
How to Get Bunny Day Crafting Recipes
There are many ways to collect these special recipes for the Bunny Day event in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Zipper will give you the first recipe when you speak to him at the beginning of the Bunny Day event.
He also lets you know that you have until the actual day to collect eggs and craft all the Bunny Day furniture to receive a prize, but we’ll get to that part later.
Occasionally, one of your villagers will grab your attention and share a Bunny Day recipe with you. The recipes can also be obtained in bottles, after digging up eggs and by shooting down balloons.
