So, while the rest of the legendary games added to the loot pool might require a little farming, to obtain this shield, you need only enjoy the DLC for it to then be placed into your hands.

Stats and Perks

Borderlands 3 Moxxi's Heist Rico Shield

As you can see, the Rico (apparently short for ricochet) shield is free from being a guessing game about its special ability. While the capacity isn’t the best, considering when it’s shielded that half of all shots bounce off you rather than do damage, more than makes up for it. In addition to that, a shield that not only keeps its effect after breaking, but almost doubles it is a massive helping hand.

As you can see, the shield we obtained is also a little bit on the bland side as far as extra modifiers go, but there’s always the chance that the one you receive will be tougher when it comes to added effects.
