Recommended Videos

Bloodstained Ritual of the Night is finally here, bringing along with it a modernized version of the Metroidvania genre even noobies are sure to enjoy. Just like any title in this genre though, you may need a bit of help locating necessary areas or items.

Don’t worry about getting lost, as we have all the backtracking answers and needs you may have. Here is everything you need to know about how to get on the train in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night.

Find the Barrier

Before you can even access the train, you’ll need to be about four to five hours into the game. At this point, you need to find the barrier that leads to the train yard near the Bridge of Evil.

You’ll naturally find the barrier as you progress through the game. When you reach it, head back to Dominique and she’ll inform you only certain vampires can go on the train.

To become one of those chosen few, you’ll need to acquire an ID badge. This can be found out by visiting the library below the teleporter to Livre Ex Machina and speaking with the librarian. After speaking with him, you’ll learn about the ID.

Silver Bromide

In order to procure an ID badge, you’ll need to get Silver Bromide for Dominique. This item can be found in a chest located at the base of the Twin Dragon Tower.

Once you’ve gotten the Bromide, return to Dominique and she’ll take your picture. Warp back to Livre Ex Machina and speak with the librarian to get your badge.

Warp to the Garden of Silence and go all the way to the right and you’ll come back to the barrier at the Bridge of Evil. Now that you have an ID Badge you can pass without any issues.

That’s everything you should need to know about how to get on the train in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night. For more useful information and guides on the game, be sure to search Twinfinite.
