During the second half of the game, you’ll briefly play as Dimitri Belikov, a mole in the KGB headquarters, who’s trying to get a keycard to let Adler and Bell into the building.

At one point, you’ll get to choose between four different ways to get the keycard, with one being poisoning the general. You’ll be led to a restricted area and will need to enter Kravchenko’s office to find the chemical that you’ll poison the boss with.

If you’re looking for the code yourself, you’ll first need to look at the computer on Kravchenko’s desk and look at the file for Nova-6, which will outline the elements that are used to create it. It’ll be made up of S, Re, and Nd, so you’ll need to find the numbers that they correspond to.

You can look for the elements on the periodic table behind you and you’ll need to find the numbers they are in the same order. Black Ops Cold War will indicate when you’re looking at the right one, so just remember them when you’ve found them.

Then, you simply need to interact with the lock on the cabinet and enter the six-digit Poison Cabinet Code in the right order using the elements’ numbers.

If you’re not interested in working it out though, we’ve got the code for you. The Poison Cabinet Code in Black Ops Cold War’s Desperate Measures mission is 167560.

Cycle the numbers to those, grab the Nova-6 poison and sneak out the area. You’ll then be able to do what’s needed to get the bunker keycard you’re after.

That’s everything you need to know about what the Poison Cabinet Code is in Black Ops Cold War’s Desperate Measures mission. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to check out our wiki guide or search for Twinfinite.
