A New Map
You know what’s even better than modding in new sounds to Skater XL? Being able to mod in an entire new never-before-seen map!
Created by modder ROARTEX89, Applewood Park is a “mid-sized city map with features to cater for all skating styles. Surrounded by high-rise buildings, you can find a concrete skate park, various street spots, huge stair sets, hubba ledges, techy manual pads and more.”

Another Map
Okay, so it turns out that a ton of the best mods out there for Skater XL are actually just new maps, which is neat and all, but there’s not much variety. Still, this Riverfern map mod has a ton of downloads and seems to be very popular, so I thought I would share it with you all too.
The map is a combination of the most iconic skateparks from Australia, including Fernside Skatepark, Riverslide Skatepark, and Monster Skatepark.

Rumble
When you play Skater XL via Steam, you have to use a controller since there are not any keyboard controls, but unfortunately, that controller of yours will not rumble at all, unless you download this mod of course.
Created by billowper, the Controller Rumble Mod for Skater XL gives you the option to enable the rumble feature on your controller and yup, that’s all there is to it.
