Battlefield V Firestorm Release Date: What You Need to Know

Recommended Videos

Battlefield V has just launched, but not everything you might have expected to see is included. While the classic multiplayer modes are there, as are the single-player War Stories, the battle royale mode called Firestorm is not. Here is everything you need to know about the Battlefield V Firestorm release date.

While many Battlefield fans expected Firestorm and Battlefield V to release at the same time, the wait for the former will be quite long.

Unlike Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, which saw Blackout included at launch, Firestorm will not come to Battlefield V until next year. The exact release date is yet to be confirmed, but it is due to launch in March 2019.

We will be sure to update you here if DICE doesn’t stick to that release month, or they confirm an exact date in March. So be sure to check back here near the time for the Firestorm release date and more on Battlefield V’s battle royale mode.

It is not clear how Firestorm will work exactly, aside from the fact that it’s a battle royale mode, nor do we know what the map will look like or how many players will be in a game at any one time, but that will also be revealed closer to the time of the mode’s release.

What we do know, though, is that Firestorm will be made available to Battlefield V owners free of charge, as will all of the game’s other upcoming pieces of DLC, which includes a fourth War Story.

That’s all there is to know about he Battlefield V Firestorm release date. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite. We have also listed some other helpful guides down below.
