This achievement/trophy is available in Act 1, Book Worms. All you need to do is clear a few areas and then find a secret hidden underneath an office desk. Here’s the breakdown:

After you have spawned into the level, clear out the library as per the colonel’s instructions, and quickly fix up the it up with wooden fortifications.

Once you’re done, leave the building and run up the main street, past the Burger restaurant. You’re looking for an alleyway over on the lefthand-side.

Go down the alleyway and find the drop to the cellar of a building that has gas canisters at the entrance. Destroy them, then clear out the Ridden and make your way inside.
