This particular trophy isn’t too tricky to unlock, simply requiring you to investigate behind a small waterfall to find the secret in question. It is, however, somewhat easy to miss if you don’t know what you’re looking for.

So, first things first, head over to Act 2, Hinterland, and make your way through the level and down the river until you reach a waterfall. Remember you have to be in multiplayer to unlock achievements/trophies at the moment; it is not possible to unlock them in solo play.

After you see the waterfall, continue forward and then drop down. The secret is just behind the flowing water; there’s not too much of a cavern behind so it can be a little difficult to spot, but just interact with the area behind the water and you should tick it off.
