How to Sprint

If you’re wanting to get into the action quickly, or escape a particularly annoying enemy, sprinting can be very helpful. All you need to do to make your character break into a run is press down the left thumbstick.

There’s no stamina bar to worry about, and you can just let go of it to stop, but be careful of things that are in your way.

If you collide with any kind of obstacle while sprinting, your character will trip and fall over, leaving you vulnerable for a short while.

How to Slide Attack in Astral Chain

You can also use the sprint button to slide attack if you’re getting up close and personal with some of the enemies in the game.

While sprinting as above, press the ZR button (which you also use for attacking normally) and your character will slide at the enemy in front of you. Adding it to your arsenal of attacks is very helpful because it’s easy to combo from it into other moves.

In short, here’s how to sprint and slide attack in Astral Chain.

  1. To sprint, all you need to do is hold down the left thumbstick while moving.

    Be careful of obstacles though.

  2. Then, to slide attack, keep hold of sprint and press the attack button (ZR).

That’s everything you need to know about how to sprint and use the slide attack in Astral Chain. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to check out our wiki guide or search for Twinfinite. We have also listed some other helpful guides on the game down below.
