What to Do With Salvage in Astral Chain

As we eluded to above, salvage is basically just junk items, but the game never really explains what to do with them.

For the most part, any items that fall under the ‘salvage’ label can be sold for G. These can be sold at any of the shops or merchants in the game.

Simply head to one of them, select the option to ‘Sell’ and then go to the ‘Salvage’ tab.

The only exception to this rule is Cat Food, as you’ll want to use this to feed the cats you save throughout the game, or to convince a cat to come out of a hiding spot so you can save it and add it to your feline collection.

How to Get Salvage

If you’re looking for ways to make money in Astral Chain then salvage can be a fairly good way to farm it fairly quickly. Salvage is generally littered throughout the environments you play through the different Files.

In fact, it can be found just about everywhere and you’ll end up with a ton of it. It’s dropped by enemies, can be found in chests, and by breaking items.

To summarize,

  1. You can sell most of the items that fall into the salvage label.

Keep hold of Cat Food, though, as it’s useful for tending to your feline friends and rescuing more.

  2. These junk items can be found lying around pretty much all throughout levels.

That’s everything you need to know on what salvage does in Astral Chain. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our ever-expanding Astral Chain guide wiki, or other guides for the game down below. We’ve also listed some other helpful guides for you down below.
