After you’ve taken the mushrooms, you’ll see several braziers light up, and your only instructions are to light them by paying attention to the signs in order to open a portal. So what does that mean exactly? It’s very unclear, but after stumbling around for a while we managed to work out what the game wants you to do.

If you take a look around the area, you’ll notice there are three stone arches surrounding the braziers. What you need to do is find the three braziers that directly line up with the stone arches. In the below image you can see which ones need to be lit, and you can also see one stone arch in the background as an example.

After you’ve turned the three braziers you need to light correctly, you’ll unlock the portal, and from there it’s just a case of walking through and watching the cutscene play out.

That should be everything you need to know about the Fly Agaric brazier puzzle solution and beat this early hallucination challenge in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. For more useful tips and guides on the game, check out Twinfinite’s wiki page.
