Anthem has finally arrived, beginning its life as an early access title on Origin Access Premier. While players have been enjoying flying around space, a number of fans have complained about a bug for the Tyrant Mine Stronghold mission. What Is the Tyrant Mine Stronghold ‘Bug?’

It’s worth noting immediately, that while many players feel like they have hit a bug in Anthem when they reach this mission, this simply isn’t the case.

Currently, Freelancers are finding that upon completing the Stronghold ‘Tyrant Mine’ mission in Anthem that it’s not clearing from their Journals. As a mission you come across as part of your story progression in Anthem, it’s got many thinking they simply cannot progress any further in Anthem’s story.

Instead, Stronghold is just a mission type that can be repeated over and over again for grinding purposes. As such, the Tyrant Mine Stronghold mission will never clear from your Journal.

How to Progress the Story Past the Stronghold Bug in Anthem

Well, the good news is that you can stop playing the Tyrant Mine mission. Instead, what you need to do is head into Freeplay mode and complete Trials here.

To do this, press J on PC, Options on PS4 or Menu on Xbox One. Then, head to ‘Challenges’ and under Freeplay you’ll see the Trials that need to be completed.

By doing so, you’ll be able to advance the story and continue on your sci-fi adventure laid out by the talented folk at BioWare.
