Before you can register an outfit, you’ll first need to make sure you’ve actually got a wand. To do this, you’ll need to speak to Celeste on your island.

She’ll only appear on nights when there are meteors in the sky. When you speak to her, she’ll give you the recipe for a Star Wand. This requires 1 Large Star Fragment and 3 Star Fragments. You can check our guide on how to get star fragments here.
