Getting Saddled Bichir in Animal Crossing New Horizons

Like getting any other fish in Animal Crossing New Horizons, you’ll need to be in the right place at the right time. In order to find a Saddled Bichir in the game, you need to be playing the game between the hours of 9 PM and 4 AM, during June – September. If you’re in the Southern hemisphere, you’ll be able to catch it from December to March.

The fish can also only be found in the rivers, so don’t fish in the open ocean or in ponds.

Once you get your hands on it, you can donate it to Blathers’ museum, sell it for 4000 Bells, give it to a friend, or just showcase it on your island somewhere.
